14-15 predictions

This is how rank movements MAY go based on the incoming PCs:
- Betas, Fijis, Sigma Chi, Tkes & Alpha Delts should stay top (or close to top) houses as long as they have strong PC's (the reason why they're top is debatable of course, but that's a different story)
- AEPi, ASigs, Zetes, Dchi & Pi kapps with a strong PC will try to break into the top tier in the coming years
- Pikes, Sig Eps, PhiPsi, ChiPsi & TDX should continue to rise as they have been, with good PCs this year
- Psi U, DU, SAE, Delts, Phi Delts & Lambda Chi will rise or fall depending on their PC
- Sigma Nu, Phi pools will be trying to build a solid PC to gain some respect around the GS
- ATO, Kappa Sigs, PKT, Phi Tuas , KA order will need a few years but hopefully will use this years PC to spark something special

Pikes is way better than the houses in the group below them like Psi U and DU. Not even on the same playing field.

As a guy in a different frat I honestly think they've earned a spot in the top. Like it or not they pull and all girls genuinely like them.

Accurate except that:

1. No hot girls (or girls in general) go to pikes and they are creepy peasants so low-bottom for them
2. Dchi was never great but they are falling off tough recently so I would move them down to just the mid level

wow what do you have against pikes? both of the houses you mentioned are MUCH better than you gave them credit for. You're kidding yourself if you really think that there are few houses worse that the both of them.
