what is dg like at uw?

That tired line? Really?

I was hoping for helpful info such as how involved they are, how important grades are to them or how good their sisterhood is. If I had a dollar for every time someone used that ridiculous anchor reference I could have paid for my college education by now.

Anyone?

Well, they claim to have a good sisterhood but everything I have seen is lacking. They get really into anchorsplash. Thats probably the only time you'll see some sort of sisterhood. DGs always complain about how strict their rules are and how they get fined for everything. They can be pretty involved. Grades are fairly important, they're always in the top half.

^ I don't know where these guys get their info but having lived in with a few DGs this summer, they're all really chill and seem to genuinely like each other/have each other's backs. Good in grades and involved on campus.

If you're going to transfer to UW, you should visit the DG chapter and make the decision of what those girls are like for yourself, rather than listening to people on this site. You will never get an unbiased answer here.

Don't listen to people on this site its mainly a couple of the same people from ok Frats/Sorrities that try to talk bad about everyone to make theirs look a little better. DGs is a good sorority its just so away from the main Greek row that they can be forgotten about sometimes. There are a lot of great girls and then the few are aren't so great that everyone remembers and thinks of DGs as

DGs are a good lower top/upper middle house. They've got a lot of athletes and cheerleaders in the house. Grades are good. Girls are nice. Not the hottest but lots of pretty girls. PC 13 wasn't their best but it wasn't anyone's best. Not sure why PC 13 was bad for all the houses. Their upper PCs were great. Anyways, you would like them. Nothing not to like really.
