So how does the first day work? Like is it really a "hi how are you" chat for 5 minutes and then you either stay or get cut? How much time do you get to chat with the girls and are they the ones that give you bids?

you have a schedule, a group, and RCs which are basically sorority women that bring you to each 'party'. you are required to visit every house when you're scheduled and I think the first round is 40 minutes at each house
