Winter Q Top/Middle Frat Rankings and Why

This post only covers the top/upper middle houses with a little brief description as to why they're ranked the way they are with more of a focus on SOCIAL aspects. Might be controversial but I think Winter Q shook things up.

TOP:
1. PHI GAMMA DELTA (Historically strong house, their parties tend to do well)
2. BETA THETA PI (Solid Pc24, didn't produce much in terms of parties but would usually be #1)
3. TAU KAPPA EPSILON (Had a rough Winter Q in terms of parties, arguably went 0/2. Still a solid house and will probably turn it around in the Spring, but pretty overrated at the moment)
4. THETA CHI (Small Pc24 and new house, but arguably hosted the best party of Winter Q. Consistently hangout with top sororities. They might not stay at 4, but the lack of presence of other houses pushes them up. Post Pc24 on your IG.)

UPPER MID:
5. ALPHA DELTA PHI (Solid Pc24, definitely turned it around from last year and have made a bigger presence in the greek system. No big Winter Q party and their case brought them down for the time being.)
6. PI KAPPA PHI (Unremarkable Winter Q social wise, don't really hangout with any top sororities and didn't get invited to any big parties. Always a solid upper middle house though and they've thrown well in the past.)
6. (tied) ZETA PSI (Similar with Pikapps, bit of an unremarkable Winter Q, obviously due to their case, but they've been popping out more recently. Could see big things coming from this house, also always been a solid upper middle house.)

LOW MID:
7. CHI PSI (Weren't really much of a notable house last year, but their new pc has brought the house more recognition. Don't really hangout with any top sororities but they're getting their name out there.)
8. SIGMA ALPHA EPSILON (Similar with Chi Psi, not really a notable house last year but have made more of an impact this year with throwing more consistently. Could see them finding their way to the upper mid soon.)
