Top house vs bottom house

What separates a top house from a bottom house for fraternity’s?

Upper houses usually throw more, are richer, do harder drugs, and hang out with top sororities. Also bottom houses tend to be more creepy here at uw. Not to say some top houses are creepy.

upper houses hang out with more houses, have more connections, are actually worth it

bottom houses aren’t worth it, they only hang out with bottom sororities, don’t get invited to the best parties, and have a lot of weirdos
