Top house vs bottom house

What separates a top house from a bottom house for fraternity’s?

which houses they hang out with and their pc size

upper houses hang out with more houses, have more connections, are actually worth it

bottom houses aren’t worth it, they only hang out with bottom sororities, don’t get invited to the best parties, and have a lot of weirdos

Top house and bottom house is only a thing on this site. In reality, “bottom houses” tend to attract more academically focused guys who want a frat to be a smaller part of college/their social life (and are therefore less dedicated to the house) while “top houses” attract those looking for a more common, fun-filled frat experience (leading to bigger size and better parties at the expense of free time to do other things). Both can be equally valuable depending on the person. This gonna get downvoted tho.
