it's weird. theta is no longer THE top house and now there isn't one....

I agree with above -

pi phi is definitely going up but i would never consider them THE top
gphi is dropping so they would argue it but they arent the top either
kd does best during rush but that doesnt define their tier
kappa has dropped off also
tridelts would never be top
aphi still has a way too go
dg has dropped off too
