I've been shacking with a kappa lately, but don't worry she hasn't made me biased. All I'm trying to get at is that they definitely didn't drop two down arrows like you're suggesting. Kappas are definitely on the rise, and by the time that the freshman now graduate they could be #1, they're definitely on the rise and the sky really is the limit for them seeing as how they used to completely dominate and were undebatably #1 for years

Thetas and kappas are not going down. Have you seen some of the theta pc13? Dimes for days. And all the kappas in their pc13 put kappa as their #1 house during rush and got in, how is that going down? Both houses are strong in the gs.

Kappas are definitely going down. Have some strange girls in there. Thetas are dropping, but not that much. Still a top house, they just need to fix they're snooty and stuck up reputation with the rest of the GS
