I heard from my cousin that lambda and theta chi used to be top houses in the early 2000s? What happened to them?!

I heard theta chi was a top house for a long time before they got shut down, but I never heard anything about lambdas being up there.

i heard a lot of the older guys at lambdas got caught for something (maybe weed in the house?) then a ton of guys in the house got kicked out, so it kinda spiraled down from there
