List of houses that are overrated within their respective tier.

Frats:
- Fiji (never heard anything good about them)
- Theta Chi/Sig Chi (they have too many internal problems)
- Pikaps

Sororities: Theta, Tridelt, DZ

Theta: Fake
Tridelt: Arrogant/Egotistical and want to be top
DZ: Dumb and overrated in all senses

This is obviously a generalization, not all of them are like this
