why are frat houses more beat up than sororities

kinda off topic but why are frats so much more decrepit than sororities? (actual question not being sarcastic) are their housing corps just not as well funded or something

parties take a crazy toll on houses tbh. also frats do summer live in so they're taking damage year round not just during the school year

Sororities pay for professional cleaners regularly. Frats are just a group of dudes trying their best to keep it clean.
