Fall 2024 COB guide

These are the chapters that are cob'ing as of today! These are just general opinions and reputations, honestly cob with any chapter you feel like you vibe with
Theta - Top house, very competitive, white, rich. Good connections. Generally picky with who they give COB bids too. Known for having some drama.
Pi Phi - Similar to theta, rich, white, hard to get into.
Tri Delt- Got a very small MC' 24 so will likely have a fair number of bids to give out. Known for being pretty girls and a party house.
Kappa- Kind of known for being "quirky" (relatively speaking lol). Decently diverse for an upper mid house.
Phi Mu- Granola vibes, but also hella party girls. Diverse.
Alpha Gam- Small house, diverse. Have heard they had some drama, but obviously have plenty of nice girls.
Sigma Kappa- Diverse, pretty academically focused. A little more quiet, but sweet.
Zeta- Unhoused and small, but sweet girls. Very good chance of getting a bid because of how many girls drop them after recruitment.
