I think Aphi solidified the top spot for sure, with theta and pi phi needing to cob it just shows Aphi has good retention and strong recruitment.
Tri delt really had a tough recruitment… I don’t know what they were selling but I hope they can recover from this. Nice girls but kinda vanilla
I thought KD and ADpi did really well actually, some really fun and cute girls in their PC.
It feels like Gphi kinda disappeared… nobody was really talking about them bc at all and their PC hasn’t been out much since.
I heard a lot about how rude phi my girls were… seems like a weird approach and most phi mus I’ve met have been fine… their recruitment team needs help

Ok so you made my point… if Aphi already has over 100 girls they didn’t need to COB whereas other “top” houses did because they were under that. IDK what they’ve done or haven’t done with regards to “dirty rushing” but they always get huge returns, a full pledge class and have big enough numbers to not need to COB. They seem strong to me.

This is literally not true, it is way too risky for a chapter to extend communication to pnms during recruitment because any pnm could report the chapter… no aphis reached out or have in the past to encourage girls to cob them… why would they do that if they can’t even cob this fall? you all look so bizarre trying to put the highest recruiting chapter under the bus just because their members seem to actually like their lives there and girls who dropped out are disappointed they cant cob aphi

They absolutely did. They literally texted girls to drop recruitment. Just because you don’t want to believe doesn’t mean it’s not true. They reached out in the 23 cycle and that’s why Panhel set the cob cap for fall this year. Cope harder

You have alpha phi all wrong. It’s not that they didn’t need to cob they actually couldn’t. Panhellenic capped chapter total at 100 for all houses. Any houses over that cant to cob for fall quarter. Anyone under can cob up until they meet 100 members. The only reason panhel even put this rule into place is so houses like aphi would stop telling girls to drop in the middle of recruitment and promise to cob them the day after bid day. Their dirty rushing has put so many other houses in a financial mess. Clearly not good retention if you need to dirty rush. They would literally text girls during rush to get coffee :/
