my guess is by 'dirty rushing' what that means is breaking the rules to get anybody they can to join. either that or saying to some bs to convince the new recruits to join. this happened a lot at my old university before I transferred over to UW.

They changed their name from TDX to theta delts when I was rushing, the rush recruiter guy was very persistent and confident, I didn’t join because of the previous rank but now they got 24 guys lol
