Yet another year of Theta, Pi Phi, and Aphi rushing strictly white passing women. Posting pictures of your entirely white new PC sends a very clear message that dark skinned people are not welcomed. I hope y’all start to open your eyes because these 3 houses need to be checked.

The houses that "showcase" their diversity on IG are the ones that are most concerned about their lack of diversity and inclusion. They recognize their reputation as being non-inclusive and tokenize certain members to make their chapter seem more inclusive than it actually is......

the coping is insane 😭 they're not "showcasing diversity. they're literally just posting their members and a lot of their members are women of color because they don't actively exclude minorities lmfao

disappointed in tridelt this year too bc their mc 23 was a lot more diverse
