Do not and I repeat do not cob
by: panHELLIf youre looking to cob just don’t it’s so hard. you find that you’re not as close to the mc and then the process could take months and you might not even get a bid. Plus not a lot of houses cob anyways. Just don’t do it

1. Basically every house cobs now.
2. Getting a bid is easier than ever. If you are normal enough and put a little effort in you will get one pretty fast.
3. It is true that cobs tend to not be as close to their mc. A lot of bonding goes on in the first quarter. When I rushed I wanted the full experience and did FFR. I don't regret it, and it was the best choice for me, but I know plenty of cobs who are happy with their decision.

Ya that’s why I’m curious about cobbing before school starts and if it’s possible. I’m thinking about cobbing because I got Zeta and Phi Mu like I don’t want those houses. Plus zeta is unhoused.
