pi kapps, zetes, aepi, and alpha delts are the more competitive ones but it really depends on what kind of guys you want to spend the summer with

Are you suggesting living in at Pi Kapps and Zetes is more lucrative than at Sigma Chi or TEKEs? Not sure I agree with that statement

Surprisingly the houses listed are the most popular for summer live in. Although tekes and sigma chi are considered top houses, that's mostly because of their parties and not because of their quality/sincerity of guys (which is what girls care about for summer live in)
