Min-maxing is the phenomenon when a frat emphases one aspect of the house over all others.

Parties- TKE
TKE is known as the party house, their GPA is kinda bad as a result but if you're in TKE, do you really care about school?

Grades- Phi Delts
The anti-TKE. They're dry, and mainly rush individuals who've done really well for themselves academically in high school. Known as the husband house.

Cleanliness- Delts
They literally hire cleaners. That house bill costs a lot tho

Dirtiness- Pike
There's a reason why their summer live-in costs is only 400.

Diversity- Psi U
Half their house aren't white. Attracts sorority women of color as a result, members are from around the globe. In the process of rebuilding.

(Lack of) Diversity- Beta
Literally all white men. Maybe the token minority here or there. Understandably top house material as a result.

Wealth- Fiji
Having to pay 50k for a bid really helps your chapters finances. Their house is S tier as a result. As for the members...

House exterior- Alpha Delts
Let's be real seeing Alpha Delts new house makes us all jealous. That multi-million dollar renovation makes me hard. I feel sorry for Phipsi and Phidelts all they can do is cope. But is the 6k house bill worth it?

Brotherhood- Phi Tau
There are 10 members in the entire chapter they better be close.
