2022 Ranks pre-pref

All right here goes:
Pi phi- fun, pretty girls. Traditionally rich and brunette.
Gphi- strongest sisterhood of top houses. Traditionally the blonde fun party girls.
Theta- historically top, so has an ego that knocks them down. A/B team rumor not totally false... but very cool girl next door.
Aphi- cares about appearances the most of top houses. Big party girls.

Tridelt- mix of party girls and cool girls, great sisterhood.
KD- flies under the radar a lot, generally athletic, has a decent sisterhood- what frats do they hang out with though??
Kappa- got in hot water last year, but overall fun, outdoorsy, granola-y girls

DG- honestly half and half, some great girls but no real sisterhood
DZ- surprisingly huge party girls.
AXD- some fun girls, internal drama.
Chi O- very diverse (has a massive house, so that helps)
AXO- not sure what a "typical" axo is like- good philo though.
Adpi- food sucks... some fun girls
AGD- fun philanthropy idea, poor execution

SK- Basically academic focused.
ZTA- should be a club.
