Phi Psi stays self ranking

Can Phi Psis stop self ranking themselves. They are clearly below Sig Ep and barely above the Pike level. Literally every Phi Psi is an alcoholic and socially inept. I can’t imagine why anyone would sign there when they’re no where near a top house and haze one of the worst. Oh and half there newest pc are juniors.
