lambdas at the university of washington

I might transfer to the University of Washington next school year from ASU (Arizona State University) and was wondering how lambdas are like here. Lambdas are ranked pretty high in our school's greek system and I just checked the lambda reviews on here and I'm not sure whether I should stay being greek if I go to this school.
Is the greek life alright at this college? And are there any other frat guys that transferred here and had experienced this same situation?

Lambdas are just okay. Middle-lower tier and not that popular, but they're super chill dudes when you get to know them.

I would rather be in any house than not in the greek system at all. Good greek system, big division from campus. Gdis are not social here
