PNM’s how are we feeling?
by: ?How are you all feeling after day one of philanthropy? This year has been so drama feel, good job UW! When I rushed, Greek rank was full of so many rumors and negativity, it really makes me proud of the Greek system. :))

Here are some tips for philanthropy!
- ask questions about the particular philanthropy (what's your favorite event? what about this philanthropy stood out to you during recruitment? etc.)
- share any volunteer work you've done (even minor philanthropic work looks great!)
- try to go a bit deeper with your conversations this round! move past talking about your hometown and major (hopefully the recruiter you're talking to will do the same)

It’s a super (what feels like) process that I still don’t fully understand. Basically all the girls vote on the girls, then the chapter (not the recruiters) choose who they really really want. All the chapters do this and the PNMs do it too and then it gets put into this algorithm. They allot some numbers for each chapter and it’s just left up to that. Super complex and most girls still don’t know how it works so I can’t really explain it fully, I’m sorry :(
