Housing Cost of Sororities

Why are some of the sorority houses so expensive, or can they be cheaper with scholarships or does that really not happen

Yeah it’s rly pricey to live in. Food + housing is hella tax. But i think a lot of chapters have designated budget for aiding members and there’s tons of scholarships for people needing help, or at least my house has them
