Top:
A Phi: ex dancers/cheerleaders, great sisterhood, top fundraising philanthropy
Theta: trust fund babies, A team/B team- bad sisterhood (B team are thetas with social limitations there to raise A team’s grades), classy
Pi Phi: dumps bag, stylish, bad sisterhood
G Phi: artsy, smart, best chapter house
Low top:
Kd: great sisterhood, feminists, fun
Tri delt: party animals, usually top in grades
Kappa: great sisterhood, edgy-trendy girl next door (very Bay Area), friendly

just wanna point out that all the top houses are great but to remember that they are very concerned with keeping their reputations spotless because they're all fighting for the top spot. this can create a pretty toxic environment hyper-focused and putting pressure on looks, how often you go out, grades, and talking to guys...there are pros and cons to going for a top house.
