Blue Flags on sororities??

Does anyone know what the blue flags on the sororities are for? I’ve seen them on multiple houses and very confused. Are they the houses that are on so pro?

It means that they’re geeds in disguise. If you see a geed, I would recommend avoiding contact at all costs.
