Why is phi delta thetaso low?

Why is phi delta theta ranked so low? All the guys are really good looking.

Depends what you value. In my opinion they are a solid upper middle tier fraternity. Usually near the top in grades, some of the highest in community service, and at least average in looks/ athletics. But compared to the houses that are usually listed near the top imo they just aren't as fun to hang out with, and hard to describe but just don't have that "cool factor". Good fraternity, but not a "top tier" house for better or worse.

Because this site is idiotic and rankings are meaningless. Seriously, stop looking at rankings and live your life. Nobody outside of the greek system cares what house you're in, let alone how it "ranks." Rankings are subjective - not a universal truth.
