I am considering transferring to UW from a school in Southern California where I am a Phi Delt and were a top house. I wanna know where the house here is going and if its wort affiliating with the chapter if I decide to come.

Phi Delts here are pretty terrible... It may be worth a shot though, I mean better in the greek system than a geed.
