cc to uw

I am a student at a WA community college planning to transfer to the U winter 2015. I am interested in joining a sorority and I would like some input on COB and FFR! Would anyone recommend COB? I'm skeptical about it because I will not get the chance to view all of the houses. I have friends in the greek system at UW, and I have been told I could be seen as a piphi, kd, or gphi. I'm very excited to transfer to the U and become apart of the greek system! Just not sure which path is right for me

Don't use this site to make your decision. All houses have their pluses, but many of the best houses with sweet girls, great sisterhood, non-competitive, smart and the kind of girls that people end up gravitating to when they "grow-up" are not in the top houses.

gphi is the only house out of the three that you listed that participates in cob (they don't have full house quota). if you want the full range of options then go through ffr because most top chapters do not cob

If you're coming in as a sophomore, I would probably do COB. You could always do formal recruitment if you wanted but honestly a large majority of houses shy away from taking juniors

If you do transfer, go to the office of fraternity and sorority life in the HUB. They'll talk to you about your options and help you make the choice that's right for you.
