Honestly, Zeta's have been underrated in the past, but I definitely see them climbing and wouldn't be surprised if they were up there with Tri-Delt, PiPhi, and Aphi soon. my friends and I have 100% noticed each MC getting hotter girls, but they aren't superficial like some of the other houses.
