Does the cob list change over the quarter or once it’s set it’s set for the quarter?

it changes over the quarter! once a house hits the number of girls it wants, it will take itself off the list and stop doing cob

some more houses might also join the cob list later in the quarter or even in winter or spring! lots of factors influence who is cobing and when
