COB when and how?

When and how do we learn which houses are participating in COB? I understand you can do that if you did not accept a bid?

Hey! If you follow the Instagram accounts of houses youre interested in they’ll post information, they’ll usually have a cob highlights button and you can dm them too! Cob essentially starts now !!
