How does Preference work?

If you have 2 houses for preference, do you rank between the 2 as there IS a preferred house?

Yes, you rank your two houses based on which you want more. Not guaranteed, but the system tries to prioritize the PNM’s choice as best it can

Pretty sure you’re guaranteed a bid if you put down both houses (ie don’t SIP/suicide bid and only list one)
