opinions on certain chapters

Most of these discussions are about “top” tier sororities. What are your opinions on specific “middle” or “bottom” tier chapters (AXiD, ADPi, Zeta, DG, Phi Mu, DZ, Chi O, AXO, etc.)?
[ I have liked all of my rounds despite which tier they’re in, but like others have said it’s super hard to see what the houses are like when you’re only in breakout rooms with 1-3 girls for less than 10 minutes. Whenever I ask what the girls are like in their chapter, I get the same basic answer. I just don’t want to end up dropping once I accept a bid and it’s too late :( ]

axid-nice girls, but their house has the worst location in the greek system. house is known for having a strong sisterhood tho.
adpi-one of the least talked about houses in the greek system. nice girls, and would be a fine house to be in, but nothing super special, solid middle house.
zeta-nice girls, but definitely a mixed bag in terms of personality, which as a result makes for a rocky sisterhood. additionally consistently in the bottom for grade rankings.
dg-girls are super involved in their philanthropy and are overall well rounded. tho many girls end up in this house bc they werent fortunate enough to get into a top house.
phi mu-super sweet girls all around with a nice house. decent sisterhood, and they go out quite a bit.
dz-pc18/19 have drastically changed the image of the house. some girls definitely have some mean girls vibes, but they love going out often. not known for a super strong sisterhood.
chio-super down to earth girls. highly recommend this chapter, as they have a super strong sisterhood.
axo-had a scandal w theta xi member which definitely took a hit on their reputation unfortunately. known for poor sisterhood bc they recruit too much based on looks. i know quite a few girls who have dropped this house in older mcs. honestly these are the girls who peaked in hs and think theyre better than girls in houses ranked below them.

disagree about DG having girls who “didn’t get into top houses”. AXiD can’t control their location and it isn’t even that far lol. And ZTA doesn’t have a bad sisterhood at all

Definitely don’t mind things out of the control like location! But I’m slightlyyy worried about sisterhood and grades. Not sure about DZ, AXO and Zeta now :( anyways thanks for the info!!!!

don't listen to the comment above! DZ, AXO and Zeta all have wonderful sisterhoods - AXO's older pcs are the reason they have more of a catty reputation but their pc19s are incredibly sweet and have good sisterhood!!
idk why anyone would say DZs have a mean girl vibe they will literally stop and walk any girl home who is out by herself and they are very chill and funny. Zetas are also really sweet and you can tell they are all super close so I don't think they have a rocky sisterhood at all.

Kappa is also a great house! their girls are super kind and also walk u home if they see you walking alone in front of their house at night. they are very funny and chill and have a reputation for being more of a wealthy house, but you don't have to be rich to get in

AXiD: nice girls, known for having a far away house so not as involved in the GS. Go out quite a bit, great group of girls though.
ADPi: typical middle house. Do fly under the radar a bit, known to be a bit “homogenous”. Very sweet girls, amazing sisterhood.
Zeta: Very diverse group of girls and have risen over the last couple years. Really good personalities, supportive sisterhood. House is a bit far out, but still in the middle of the action.
DG: Similar to ADPi. Middle house, known for their philanthropy (anchor splash). Diverse and good personalities.
Phi Mu: Similar to ZTA. Slightly better location, so see them out a bit more. Diverse, very involved in other sorority/frat events.
DZ: Mixed bag. Known for not having a good sisterhood, but there are still great, fun girls in this house. Had a big scandal a few years ago resulting in a lot of girls getting kicked out/dropping. Go out a TON.
Chi O: Very similar to DG in my head. Middle house, very diverse and extremely involved in the greek community/leadership. Good sisterhood and philanthropy.
AXO: events last year caused them to drop a lot in the eyes of many frats, unfortunately. Still have amazing girls and a great sisterhood plus their house is beautiful and on 17th.
