housing locations/streets

idk if this is a dumb question but reading these it’s kinda mentioned a lot is there certain streets that are better than others for whatever reason? like 17th ave ive been seeing

I hear a lot of furniture and junk is left on 17th in the median. like moldy couches. stinky recliners. broken glass. Is this true? And if so, can we kindly be nicer to mother earth? Be kind. Reduce. REuse. REcycle.
