Message for pnms on not getting invited back

I know that it can be really hard when you feel like you had great conversations with a house and you don’t get invited back. It’s confusing, it hurts, and it freaking sucks.
The truth is that just because you didn’t get invited back doesn’t mean that your conversations weren’t good or that the girls you talked to didn’t like/love you. Sure some girls may judge purely on looks or be fake, but I don’t think that’s the case for the majority.
The truth is that based on the sheer number of girls who come through, a large number has to be let go with each round. You guys are not the only ones upset, you would be really surprised at how much the girls talking to you care and how anxious they get about the whole process as well.
Also, while you and a girl may have had a really good conversation and they really liked you, they personally have almost no control over who comes back each round - they cross their fingers just as much as you.
Also, sometimes while a girl may really like you personally, you may not be the best fit for the environment of their house overall. I have had conversations like this where I could see the girl and I being friends, but I really didn’t think she would end up happy in the day to day reality of life in my house.
So overall, please please please don’t get down on yourselves. If you felt good in a conversation with a house but you didn’t get invited back, it doesn’t mean that you aren’t beautiful, funny, smart, and so much more; it just means that either the numbers were really harsh, you may not have been happy in the overall environment of the house, or many more reasons.
Also don’t give up, stick it out to the end of the week and give the houses a chance! You can always drop and COB or decline your bid. I know a girl who got her absolute last choice but she stuck it out and now she LOVES her house and is so thankful. I know it hurts but you are all loved and all have unique traits that make you wonderful friends and wonderful women.

It is different for every house so I can’t really explain the exact process - also at least in the houses I know about the individual girls are kept in the dark about how exactly it works. But each house has values that align with their house which impact what they are looking for. The reason I said that the numbers could be harsh and girls don’t know who is coming back is that it essentially goes into a giant algorithm, and the individual girls really don’t know who is going to come back until each round. But because there are 800 girls going through, and each PC is between 30-40 girls (in general I think), it means that a house could really like you but there are just so many amazing girls that they can’t have every one. I hope that helps

It’s not too late! You can still COB, there are girls in my house that did it and we love them so much and can’t imagine our house without them.
Also this year given the circumstances, a lot more houses will probably be doing COB.

It honestly completely depends on the individual, I really don’t think that there is an abnormal number. If you have made it this far with a house then they probably really want you
