Tri Delts are in mid tier, AGD mid as well and move down DZ + A D Pi to mid low. A Xi Delta is not dropping but they're staying in place. Their looks are going for them..

this is pretty accurate... id put theta and gphi on the houses on the drop list though. top and mid top are right. maybe not in that exact order, but those are the top 8 houses. move chi o to mid and dz to mid-low. agd could also probably be moved to mid.

Considering it is a very rare thing to see anything below the OP's top 8 at a big 4 house, the rest are pretty much fighting to be JV league champs. Sorry not sorry if that offends you, its just the way I honestly view it and I'm pretty sure the majority of guys in the upper half of mid tier houses (Pi Kapp, Zetes, Alpha Delts, AEPi, DChi, ASigs, TDX and maybe even Chi Psi regardless of the saying) would agree.
