Cut the Almost top crap, Alpha Delts are high above Zetes,
Split the the top into Top Money: Beta and Fiji and Top: Sigma Chi, Teke and Alpha Delts

List is pretty spot on...I'd maybe not put Zetes that high though. They try a little too hard - never could see them really as a top house because of that to be honest.

These are good rankings I agree for the most part. DUs needs to be moved down while I would move AePi to the almost top list.

and whats up with chi psi at the mid-top, the house is way too deep for it to compete with Dchi or Pikapps. Definately not on that level.

I agree with you, newsflash guys: being nice attracts girls. Its far but worth the walk when its not too cold or if were already running around the gs.
