IFC recruitment week

I've been thinking about signing up for recruitment week but it sounds like the frats may not even have the PCs live in and there won't be any social events. Plus it's virtual so I wouldn't be able to visit the houses in person. So i'm still trying t decide if it's worth it but if I do sign up, I'm wondering are the PCs mostly full by recruitment week since recruitment has been going on all summer... or has there actually been lower interest this year so fraternities won't have enough pledges to make a PC?
