is there racism in recruitment?

I’m wondering if there are sororities that consider race when deciding which PNMs they want. like do they have a quota on how many people of color they allow to join their sorority? this includes any “informal” standards as well. if so, which ones?

Go on sorority instagrams and look at their PC photos to see what sororities have more POC than others, it’s not hard to see if you look at their instagrams which ones are more inclusive
