A Phi, Theta, Pi Phi:
Theta and Pi Phi are different sides of the same exclusive and wealthy coin, Theta being traditionally srat and Pi Phi the tomboy side of girly. Frats adore them but often complain about drama between the girls (Theta’s A/B team especially). Pi Phi is known for making an attempt at amicability when it comes to houses ranked close to them, while Theta will ignore other srats completely. They’re on greekrank constantly, but to be fair they have a lot of negative posts to delete. A Phi is the genuine version of top and has risen to the top house (although Theta and Pi Phi will dispute that). They won’t talk poorly about their girls at parties, and frats love them although they’re less exclusive with the ones they go to. Most known for the stereotypical national “Alpha Phi” appearance and having friends in other srats (why they’re talked down on significantly less than Theta and Pi Phi). These three houses tend to recruit the charming, beautiful, well-off girls from the greater Seattle area and have the most options when it comes to socializing.
G Phi, KD:
G Phi is a mix of Pi Phi, KD and a tad of Kappa. Some are disliked, some are the most friendly girls I know, some social butterflies, some very granola and overall there’s a bit of everything personality wise (along with the most diversity of a top house). G Phi focuses a lot on having a pristine reputation: good grades and stricter house rules. KD also has a lot of diversity, gives off a “hang with the bro’s” vibe, and the reputation of being extremely friendly to other girls. KD and A Phi seem very close in the way that Theta and Pi Phi could be if they weren’t competitive. Lower tiers try to tear down KD on greekrank a lot, but PC 19 solidified their rise and apart from “KD down lol” nothing negative is said about them. Both of these srats have just as good social calendars as the tier above, the only difference being that they’re occasionally canceled on for them.
Tri Delt, Kappa:
Tri Delt is known for being very fun at frats and a mixed bag when it comes to if girls like them. They’re very outgoing but are known for being a less intense version of Theta. Kappa’s reputation is quirky girl-next-door and they’re generally very friendly to other srats. They seem less concerned with rank than the other top houses. These houses consistently hang with top and upper mid frats, but are canceled on more frequently for above houses and seen less often at more intimate parties.

ngl this is obviously a KD self rank who probably doesn’t know much about the other houses apart from knowing maybe a few girls in them. entire chunks of these “descriptions” are taken from other “description” posts on this website. nobody hates KD but it’s pathetic to keep ranking yourselves above Tri Delt and Kappa when the difference is marginal.

I personally think KD is above Tri Delt and Kappa, especially after how dope their pc 19 is... seems like a rise back to their top 4 spot if they can recruit just as well! Not that Tri Delt and Kappa don’t have great girls too, KD just seems to hang with more top top frats/srats based on this past year

I’ve personally heard the frats they’re closest to talk many times over about how the girls gossip about each other’s houses lol not sure how solid of a friendship that is beyond social media
