question about recruitment
by: hido some girls have more say then others when selecting girls who will move onto the next round? for example, does pc 19 have a greater say then pc 17 for deciding pc 20?

At least for my house your PC doesn’t matter for how we select girls. You do get more of a say based on how much people respect your opinion tho (like if you’re not dramatic, you’re involved in the chapter through exec or otherwise, etc). One thing I’ll say though is that if literally anyone dislikes a girl during recruitment enough to say so, we drop her. This includes knowing someone before rush or just a bad vibe during recruitment cause like why would we want to let someone in who already doesn’t click with one of our girls? I’m pretty sure other chapters are similar but who knows lol

In terms of girls we actually like though, that’s always more of a numbers game and there’s always more girls we like than dislike lol.
