Can you go to all parties if you’re in a bottom house
by: PnmFor girls who are in “bottom” sororities, are they allowed to go to all frat parties or are they turned away? Do top and mid frats let all houses in or so they deny bottom houses?

I am not in a bottom house but I have seen many girls from various “bottom” houses at top frat parties all the time. But by top frats I mean sig chi, zetes, tke, alpha delts, pi kapps. Not including beta and Fiji, just because they only invite a few houses to their parties (but even they wouldn’t kick you out unless you looked super out of place). I have never heard of a girl being turned away from a party because of their house, and the guys at the door never ask you what house you’re in anyways. Frats do send out invites though, and it is polite to only go places that you are invited to (either your house is invited by their house or you are personally invited by a member)—this goes for all frats too, not just top ones.

Ya UW’s nice because as long as you’re in a house, you can get in to most parties really easily. If it’s a huge one and they’re checking at the door, they just check for fobs or group chats. If it’s a smaller party or more exclusive, you just have to know someone. I’m in a “bottom” house btw so that’s what my experience has been like.
