Actual SRAT descriptions

Ordered by most agreed upon status in the Greek system:

(Note about COB, has a bit of a negative connotation at UW but in actuality isn’t necessarily a negative. It can happen if a senior graduates early and there’s a bed to fill, if someone transfers, OR (the most jumped to assumption) if a girl drops/the srat wasn’t able to give enough bids)

Alpha Phi
- THE most sorority girls you’ll ever meet: known for being tall, hot, blonde and tanned (think supermodel vibes)... but a surprising amount of diversity given the reputation (not as much as other upper mid houses but for a top house there’s quite a bit)
- Known for having huge personalities (or none at all... the quieter girls get pushed to the background compared to some of the big partiers), one of the best sisterhoods (along pc 19... pc 18 is more cliquey but the cliques themselves are very strong) and for being the kindest girls in the Greek system which goes along with the bubbly blonde stereotype
- Spacious house layout, facilities their sisterhood for pc 19 being so strong (makes sense if the girls have nowhere to hangout except with everyone)
- Lots of references to them being consistently poor in grades but their philanthropy makes by FAR the most money of any frat or srat on campus
- Hangs out with the most frats than any other top srat debatably, very diverse social calendar (why they don’t get shi t on for hanging with fiji or beta when they still do from time to time...)
Kappa Delta
- Weirdly not srat for being a top house, hang with the bro’s vibes, very down to earth (theta/ pi phi/ g phi’s srat girls put them down for being less srat but they’re still cute so I don’t think frats mind)
- Insanely fun to party with and insanely fun to sober hang with
- On the rise along with aphi for because of pc 19... both are excessively nice to everyone (top or not, srat or frat) and have outstanding sisterhoods
- Convenient location for walking to class, on the very corner of 17th and campus
Kappa Alpha Theta
- The girls in recruitment that give off an air of “I’m too good for you” and will only talk to the prettiest RC and one/two other girls in the group
- A team/B team confirmed (so confused how they keep this going when literally everyone knows about it and frats get piss y about it)... would make sure you’re pretty enough to be A team if you’re thinking theta (although lots of jokes about A team not being cute this year, both pc 19’s of theta/pi phi haven’t been as fun and are very catty compared to others)
- I’ve heard poor sisterhood in pc 18 but pc 19 apparently has a better one, which is odd if they’re more catty to outsiders but you do you
- Beautiful house (very elegant)
- Falling hard along w pi phi because of how extremely exclusive these two are (hang primarily with their brother houses, Fiji and beta respectively, and are very rude to girls in other houses at parties or guys in frats that aren’t considered top)
- COB’d fall quarter, don’t know why
