Why do “b team” members encourage their siblings to join the house as well?

houses dont always get all the girls from their 1st bid list, so what ends up happening is they get their secondary list or aka the “b” girls. Almost every house ends up with a few girls from their second list, but I guess it’s more noticeable with theta girls.
