What does each sorority want when recruiting girls?

What does each sorority at UW look for in pnms when they’re recruiting? Example
Sorority A: girls with high GPA’s and artsy. Or if we are to generalize what type of girl is each sorority looking for?

honest to god they literally want you to be yourself. i am so sick of seeing girls act fake just because they think that’s them acting a certain way is what we want. i do not care about your trip to europe

Every sorority has a high GPA. Sororities GPA average is always higher than UW’s women’s GPA average (for people not in a house), and it’s always higher than frat average. If a GPA is “low” it’s not reflective on how smart the girls are/how hard they work/etc. A house could always get top in grades, but is full of comm majors. A house could get lower in grades, but is full of stem majors. GPA doesn’t say a whole lot.
