predictions for ffr 2020?

My personal predictions are that theta and aphi will be the top two houses. Pi phi is going to drop pretty drastically due to their pc19, down to about the current level of tridelta, who will stay in the same spot that they already are. I think that gphi will be the 3rd top house, and kd will improve a little and be a very close 4th place behind them. Kappa will drop imo, but I’m not sure how far due to the fact that they’ve held the same spot for so long. I also think that dg will drop very significantly due to their pc19 and their seniors leaving—will definitely change the atmosphere of the house. I see houses like dz, adpi, and axid on the rise because their pc19s are much better than usual. Chi o will maintain their current spot. Axo will definitely drop even further due to so much bad attention and gossip going on about them. I see phi mu and zta potentially rising up some. Not sure on agd, mostly likely will stay the same though. Sk and aopi will probably maintain the same spots as well.
What are your guys predictions? Anything u think I’m wrong on?

lmao I’ve seen the group me names the chats are between theta a phi pi phi g phi and kd... can’t use that as a way to put down half the houses in them if they’re shared among all of them what kind of backwards ass logic is that

Dz is on the rise, they’ll be on kappa’s level
If pi phi or theta recruit poorly again... as everyone this last year has gotten so sick of their pretentious bs ON TOP of their girls not being nearly as cute as other top or lower top pcs... I just really don’t see them as in the top 3 anymore
Maybe one will be just for status quo and old times sake but it’s looking like aphi could take #1, pi phi or theta #2/3 again only if they can pull a Hail Mary for recruitment, and leaves a spot open for kd if they recruit only half quirky more srat vibes
Again very dependent on recruitment... if pi phi Or theta can recruit sweeter hotter girls then they could keep their spots for another year just barely but it’s very clear that no one likes them anymore so things are very up in the air, and considering how strongly aphi’s nationals are involved in their recruitment we’ve never seen them recruit poorly so i think this is why everyone’s betting that pi phi/theta will fall behind
(Put Kd in contender for top top spot instead of gphi as although g phi has equally as many srat vibes girls their other girls are very granola/socially awkward versus kd’s non-srat girls are more quirky/fun/hang w the bro’s vibes... g phi’s more srat girls also have a big superiority complex similar to pi phi and theta and have thus been lumped into their catty vibes despite only about half of them actually being like that)

Aphi nationals are hella involved with the UW chapter because they make them the most money for philanthropy than any other aphi chapter... and some of that money goes to “the alpha phi foundation” hahahahaha we see u

Honestly ya I fw it, weird to think that we might not be seeing pi phi/theta at the top of ranks anymore but they’Ve definitely been falling and this last pc really put the nail in the coffin
