2020 frat ranks by actual sorority girl

I felt the need to make this because I always see frat ranks that are supposedly made by a sorority girl and they obviously never are. I’m in an “upper mid” house and I think the ranks below would be agreed on by pretty much my whole house.
First, in order:
1. Sigma Chi
2. Alpha delts
3. Zetes
4. Tke
5. Pi Kapps
6. Chi psi
7. Phi psi
8. Sig Ep
9. Pike
10. Delts
11. Asigs
12. Phi pools
13. PsiU
14. Ksigs
And in tiers:
Sigma chi, alpha delts, zetes - would always go if invited
Tke, pi kapps, chi psi - would most likely go if invited
Phi psi, sig ep, pike - might go if invited and nothing else is happening
Delts, asigs, phi pools - probably would never go
PsiU, Ksigs, the rest - definitely wouldn’t go
Dry houses are excluded and so are Beta and Fiji bc I think most people agree that they’ve become irrelevant. I would not go to a party at either if I was invited.
I also only included houses that I’ve ever heard of doing anything social/throwing parties.

or she doesn't live on 17th, which also might explain the high opinion of Alpha Delts
