-SigEp: House getting torn down and won’t have a place to live for 2 years
-Alpha Delts: Same as SigEp, but possibly for 3 years
-Theta Chi: Unrecognized for the next 4 years

Theta Chi has not been shut down for 4 years. And their appeal was not rejected by IFC. When they appealed their case they actually decreased the sentence by a full year. And IFC doesn’t have the power to shut down a house. That comes down to their own nationals. Their house will remain open for as long as their nationals would like and it making financial sense. Why even post if you really have no clue what’s going on...

theta chi has been shut down by ifc for the next four years and when they appealed their case they got denied. they’re gone and they aren’t coming back anytime soon.
