Here is an honest ranking of the sororities on campus at UW, ranked numerically and divided by tier with a short to-the-point description of each:

TOP
1. Theta- complete package
2. PiPhi- hot
3. KD- mellow top

NEAR
4. Tri Delta- social
5. DG- nice
6. GPhi- hot stoners

MID
7. APhi- mixed bag
8. AGD- some gems
9. Kappa- falling

LOWER
10. AZD- different
11. DZ- rare beauty
12. AXO- largely unknown
13. ChiO- shut in
14. ADPi- barely here

BOTTOM
15. AOPi- new
16. ZTA- think they're hot; not
17. SigmaKappa- no
18. AEPhi- unknown

Kappas is falling fast, have you seen their new pc? Ouch.
And AXID is on the rise, so that's pretty accurate. No way in hell is tri delts that high up, this must be a tri delt self ranking obviously

@Uwfrat maybe put tridelt under gphi, but no lower. Not a self ranking.
@Frat there is never a consensus on any house besides sigma kappa, etc

@sororityrank kappas should be near the top even if they had a less than great recruitment last year. One pledge class can't define an entire house. A lot else can be taken into account too unless we're talking about just the girls and purely physical. So yeah kappa should in the top 7 or so.
Adpi is also definitely middle, their girls are somewhat inconsistent physically but a good portion of their house is good looking and i see a bunch of them at top frats
