rushing a frat as a freshman

So I am a new freshman at the University and got really busy this summer and was not able to sign with a house. I received two bids from the only two houses I was able to rush, but I want to explore other houses and choose from the overall best where I think I fit. Can anyone help me out with a general time when rushing will start again for houses for the new PC' 20?

Due to the overall drop in numbers for fall rush this year, many houses are doing winter pc’s. Winter rushing is happening now and spring rush will probably start in the beginning of spring.

You have 2 options:
sign up for the IFC rush list, and rush the houses that reach out to you. These are the house that are likely to be rushing right now and into winter quarter.

Or, if you have an idea of what houses you want to rush, text their rush chairs ( #’s on the IFC page for each house), and you can ask when they are having pledge quarters / if you are able to rush now
