How many new members does a house sign during recruitment? Is there a max/min?

They use a thing called quota...this is the total number of PNMs divided by the number of sororities. If they don't make that number, they can snapbid, etc etc. Each house typically signs about 30-35 girls, but obviously some sign less than that. Some houses typically and consistently sign less than that, like AEPHI for example.
